I just wanted to say that one angle customers may take is that they can find the same item online somewhere at a cheaper price. This may or not be true, but it's kind of like competitor pricing for EVERYBODY'S flea market across the country. It is not a bad idea to see if your item is selling on eBay to also gauge pricing. Regardless, the answer to the argument is that the customer can get it now instead of waiting, and doesn't have to pay shipping to boot.

Ron,

I have a question that you have not addressed in your video's.
Is there a market for selling a service at Flea Markets. Specifically I'm talking about a sharpening service. I presently sharpen cutlery for restaurants and occasionally perform my service for households.
I don't do it on site. I offer a loan program where I leave sharpened knives for the customers use and return their knives on a pre-determined rotation schedule.
I imagine I could sell cutlery and offer a sharpening service as an ad on.
Do you thing this doable in a Flea Market atmosphere?

Thanks
Bill

No restrictions on what you sell at the Flea market. If a vendor is selling knock offs as authentic then it is more a matter of ethics.

You should be able to find them at a flea market, but they are supposed to make it clear that it is not a true designer item
References :
an EID (employer Identification Number) is not necessarily required. If you are a sole proprietor you should be able to use your social security number. You will need to get a state sales tax certificate in order to pay your taxes and to qualify to buy wholesale tax free. You may also need a business license depending on the state and local.
References :
experience
