Can a flea market sell fake designer items?

I need to give a gift to someone by the rule that it must be a fake designer item (its sort of a game). So i was wondering if I could find like a fake designer bag at a flea market.

You should be able to find them at a flea market, but they are supposed to make it clear that it is not a true designer item

idk where you live but i know in chinatown they have tons of knock-off D+G purses. most likely the ones at flea markets are knock-offs.

definatly i see them all the time. although sometime if they have alot of counterfit items they get busted by the cops. no harm for you to buy though.

No restrictions on what you sell at the Flea market. If a vendor is selling knock offs as authentic then it is more a matter of ethics.
